Data Connect?

Caller said they are the former MDA. I was not able to take the signing, but don't see any posts about them. I have occasionally worked for MDA, although not recently. Does anyone have experience with Data Connect?

I've done work for MDA/DataQuick recently. Not the best fees, but pay timely.

meaning the terms are not the best - i picked up a BOA yesterday - Overnight - which was nice - and got docs 3 days in advance of closing (very rare). . . I will give them a try - not sure about quickness of payment yet - (I just did it yesterday).
