Has these scammer gone out of business. I have not heard of anyone being called by them or being robbed by them lately. Just wondering.

I sure hope it wasn't all those complaints

to the Orange County D.A.'s office that were sent. At least 22 victims contacted me about my post last month.

Maybe there's hope after all if we all can complain to the proper authorities about these criminals. Complaining here serves as a warning to our peers, but doesn't do much good at putting these criminals out of business. Of course maybe her check for the web site bounced....

Cogent Settlement "fired" them.

I believe they were their only client. Just as Ameritrust is Cogent's largest client. Also believe that Cogent had some interest in Dynamic. Ameritrust definitely has an interest in Cogent. Family ties. Nepotism at it's finest.

I have not been paid by them for a signing done on March 23, 2011 and they are not returning calls. Not looking good!

Cogent was handling all of First Option Mortgage's loans and they had Dynamic Group in CA do the scheduling and paying. Dynamic offered a great pay plan...$80 per closing and they would pay 30 BUSINESS days after the closing date (did not count weekends). Better yet,...if you wanted to get paid within a week after closing, you had to agree to a closing fee of $70!! About 3-4 weeks ago Cogent dropped Dynamic and started doing their own scheduling and paying (30-60 days out). First Option Mortgage just pulled everything last week from Cogent and dropped them! Never a dull moment in this industry!
