They should have been out of biz a long time ago, like SOX. How these cos. stay afload amazes me, except that they do so by stiffing the notaries. I'm sorry for anyone who got suckered by them & will take a loss. I have 3 uncollectible accts. this year & it's not fun.

DFS has 1.5 stars since 2008....yet some are out 3 signings as of recently (i.e. March 2011).

I mean, really????

As was said above, this company has had bad reviews and there has been controversy just about once a week for YEARS now!

What are people thinking? Maybe they'll be the special ones that get paid?

Unfortunately it's a hard lesson to learn, but hopefully we all realize how vital it is to check on here, and the other forums, for other peoples experience with companies. However, it does no good to check if it's not heeded.

Beware of the scammer in the dark. COGENT. they have steppein for DFS. They used DFS for years before getting enough flake about non payment. They knew what was going on. I have asked them for help, to no avell. They hire DFS, they should do the right thing and honor their contact we have with them. Everyone in the transaction made money but the notaries. Cogent if you ring my phone have your credit card ready.
