Elite Closing Troutdale Oregon

I did 2 jobs for this company in March. I have sent my invoices and several emails since as well as left several phone calls. I received an email back in the middle of April stating that she was on vacation and would get back to me when she got back into town.
I have not heard any reply back from Darcie. Anyone know how I might get ahold of her? Anyone else having payment problems from her?

Furthermore would someone please tell me how her company has a 4 star rating? When you click on it there is just one rating and it has one star.

I guess she must watch this board as she just finally emailed me that she has been to busy to write checks but I would receive one soon and she can't answer phones because "cells are not allowed in the room"

OMG they just now called me for a closing. I quoted too high for them because of the long distance. Then came to NotRot to check out their reputation. Not sure why they called me when there are plenty of other notaries in that area. The phone number they called from was 503-504-2386.

Regarding the 4 star rating, I know that when you rate a company it is possible to hide it from everyone else's view (one of the options on the drop-down box). Maybe that's the case here.

When I looked them up, yes it was odd that they have 4 stars when the only comment shown is a one star poor payment comment.

Used to do a *lot* of work for her. All through the

Ameriquest mess (she got stiffed for around $70K) she paid like clockwork. Even all through personal drama, she paid like clockwork.

Haven't heard from her in a long while, and haven't kept in touch. I'm sorry to hear about this, as several years ago, I would have bet a dollar I didn't have that she would have made 'payroll' ~before~ going on vacation.

Sounds like she may have taken a job, and has office constraints?

Thanks for the heads up - it just goes to show, sometime people do change their stripes, if I may mix a metaphore. Sad, sad, sad.
