Eric-Priority Notary

Another one that has 4 stars and has not paid for a March signing- He is not answering my emails of phone calls. Is this another good one going the drain? Be careful.

I have had noreal issues with them, last month though, I did have an invoice that fell trhu the cracks...they said they never got it. I resent it, and was paid shortly after that. I have worked with them for several years now.

I really hope you are all correct. The signing took place on March 21. I spoke with him one time 10 days ago & he said he was processing the check. Whatever that means? I called again & got voice and NO return call. And 3 emails with no response. ? So I really hope he is the great guy that everyone claims? But he is not acting that great now?

Eric has always been great to work with. Originally I was being paid within 3 weeks. Now he has gotten bigger, which means more business for us. So he is not handwriting checks anymore. He now works thru Wells Fargo to get us paid; which means it takes a little longer.

I am fine with that since he pays me more than other Signing Agencies and is always professional and responsive. I sent an email to Eric today and he called me within 15 minutes.

He is so busy now that sometimes there are people at the office that may be able to assist you.

Personally, I think he still deserves 4 stars.
