ISGN

I just talked with a supervisor at ISGN. She acknowledges they have had problems paying notaries on time due to the transition from FiServ. She states they now have all controls in place and the issues have been resolved. Just thought I would pass on this info.

I closed a loan for ISGN April 14th rec'd check May 4th. Yes they've been slow but I never thought I would not be paid. They been going thru a transition from the purchase of Richmond Title but seem to be doing ok now. There are no faxbacks no handholding and the people are great to deal with. I've worked for them several years and have never worried about being paid.
