Just my luck
This Friday I'm away and already had to turn down 5 jobs. At least the last day of May was good 3 deals. Lets see if the rest of the week turns out well. What is it about Fridays and closings, plus the traffic on Fridays in my area is just nuts during the summer season.
There is one place in my area that I will only do a closing by 9am on weekends or not at all because of traffic. (LBI- Long Beach Island only one way on or off the island and its bumper to bumper after 9am.
