NREIS assuring me that things have changed

so I accepted an assignment. Got home, immediately went to NotRot and looked them up. Seems that they have not changed at all. Too bad cuase they hire nice people. Emailed them and declined the signing. Thanks NotRot folks.

I do believe they've made some strides; they've caught up past invoices with me, and my last couple assignments were paid in 30 days, so I'll keep them around as long as they do so.

I haven't heard from them in awhile. I made quite a stink about not getting paid the money they owed me. They did call for a loan mod last month, but I was booked already. I will be monitoring this board for awhile before I take another assignment to find out if the trend has changed. I should know by September or October if their payment issues are a thing of the past. If so, I would do work for them again. I trust the opinions here, and if things have changed. Great!

they called me 4 times the other day and then the next

morning!

These calls I do not take, and basically leave for the low ballers in my area. I don't have time to chase after money....

I spoke with them yesterday about an outstanding invoice and they said the check was in the mail, I got it today. She also confirmed that there are several "companies" under the NREIS name all but the "real NREIS" pay within a reasonable time, NREIS cuts checks on the 15th and 30th of each month THEN holds the check for 45 days. I told her that was ludicrous. When they call I now ask which division they represent, if it's NREIS I add $25.

Dennis, you should have asked her to specify which NREIS

were the NOT part of the company, and post here or other sites. That way, they can start to separate themselves from the BAD reps...

Re: Dennis, you should have asked her to specify which NREIS

If the closing is a Secured lending Services or an IREP deal they pay within a reasonable timeframe. They all schedule using NREIS as the scheduler.
