National Vendor Solutions

I did several Closings for this Company and have not recived payment the closings were done in early March, when I called in the owner Anthony Pautauros is never in and no one can give you his contact info. the office manager is only works three days a week (LOL) and when you talk to anyone else in the office they tell you that the loan did not close, but they will gilve you have of the fee (but then never pay) wvhat is up with these companies.

And the title Companies will not help the notary eather because they hired NVS this is some S*%(^.

I am shocked! I have worked for them for awhile now and I still do. They always pay a great fee and have always paid me promptly. I will take all I can get from them. Sorry you have to go through this, but it's strange. I have never had any payment issues.

Just talkd to Anthony after I found out that his wife owns the title company as well, I called the DOI and they have been investigating both Companies for two years now.

Yes I was just about to post that there is a family relationship between NVS and Netco. The wife's name is on the welcome letter from Netco to the borrower. Didn't know that the DOI was investigating them, though...

I too, have worked for them numerous times with no problems whatsoever. However, the most recent was January, and things can change.

Is there more than one National Vendor Solutions?

Because all the negative experiences is so the opposite of my experience as well. I love them! I've always gotten paid and like the BossLady will take all I can get from them.

I've done two for them within the last 30 days - first one paid within 3 weeks - second one was just last week so too soon to tell - I was very impressed with them - I was a non-believer in the no-contact policy but it all worked out with no hitches and I was happy.

Are you sure your loans recorded? And there were no issues regarding the work you did? They're a 4-star company here and in all the posts I've read about them I can't say I recall anyone complaining about them not paying...

I did one for them a couple of years ago, didn't call the bo (as requsted) when I got there the Bo had no idea about the closing. That was my first and last closing for them.

Re: National Vendor Solutions...I was leary, Ilene

this one last week was a last minute deal and I had immediate authorizatin to contact the signers. The one the beginning of April I had to wait for authorization from MIC, which they gave me the day before the signing - all went well.

I must say - their packages are clean, most of the notarial certs are completed in advance - correctly I might add! - and the borrowers have been very well informed and ready to go. Everything went well and I have no problem working for them again - providing I do make contact with the signers in advance. I wouldn't leave the house without that advance contact.

Making contact with bo's...

I always confirm with bo's as soon as I get the confirmation. And I always reply to them and tell them the bo's have been confirmed. I've never once had them tell me not to do it.

I don't know Anthony, but I can tell you, I love Rob, Aurelio and Rachel. They're sweethearts!!! They pay in a timely manner and they are very fair. They don't handhold and they allow you to do your job. I have one for them later this week and have no trepidation whatsoever.

If you're closing for NVS on a MIC loan

there's no contact with the borrower until MIC has reviewed the final HUD with them - you're not provided with contact info and can only get contact info directly from MIC ..

Here in AZ I have had a little good and bad happen with no bo contact but they have always paid me. Suprised to hear of these issues. Thanks for sharing.

Re: If you're closing for NVS on a MIC loan

I have done quite a few for NVS and in fact did one this morning at 9:00am. They sent me to docs Friday and I got the borrowers number on the 1003. Sometimes I get the number on Whitepages.com before I get the docs and sometimes when I get the docs, I call MIC and get the borrowers number. I have never had a problem getting the borrowers number and have never had to go to the Borrowers without contacting them first.

NVS told me to contact the BO

I just finished a NVS for MIC job tonight. They told me to call the BO to make sure I had good directions.

They send their docs out in plenty of time (10AM for my 6PM.)

They don't hand hold or have 20 pages of instructions, and the docs are not massive packages of junk pages.

This company seems to have things in order and the SC ratings back my experience today. Now I'm happily waiting for the check and more work from them.
