Notaries In Motion , Corona, CA

I did a quit claim deed signing for this company over the weekend. I did a search in SC prior and they have a great rating. Little concerned as the ratings are all CA notaries with the exception of one post. They are based in Corona, CA and it would be easy to have local notaries or friends boost there rating. I have not been able to reach anyone at there office nor have they responded to my email regarding the job being complete. The job was simple and very close to home so I took the risk with hopes they live up to their rating. Anyone have any input on them good or bad?

I worked with them a few times. They aren't huge on communications. If you emailed them about the completion what response did you expect?

I called the closing status in and left a voice mail. In addition I sent a confirmation via email that the job is complete. This is my first assignment with this company. I would just like them to verify I have satisfied all their requirements and nothing further is needed from me to complete my payment. The scheduler called late on a Friday did not provide much instruction, etc.

I rarely get any follow-up calls after the signing is

complete & the pkg. shipped. If there's a problem, you'll hear when the tc gets the pkg., otherwise I move on to the next thing & wait for the checks to arrive.

Doug is one of the good guys. Payment is usually timely. If you notice you haven't received your check a few days after it's due, email him and you'll have your check within a week.

Thanks for the feed back. I did hear back from Doug and feel like they are legit! Check is in the mail already and I am awaiting payment. So far so good and hoping for more work. No hand holding and easy to work with. I always like to have a little more communication on the first job with any TC or SS. Always good to make sure your work is satisfactory and up to their standards. Will update SC once the check arrives.
