Okay, can somebody explain this to me?

I posted a message below regarding ISGN, and linked the message. When I linked it, ISGN was in the Service Center index. However, when I went back just now to add a comment to the comment section, ISGN/Fiserv had disappeared; the only company that was there was ISGN Fulfillment Services. What gives; why did it go away?

Logged in I see only ISGN Fulfillment Services - logged out I see ISGN Fulfillment Services *AND* "ISGN AKA Fiserv"..

You're right; I tried it both ways, and logged in, there is no ISGN/Fiserv, logged out, it's there. Why in the heck would that be case; what purpose does that serve?
