PACIFIC DOCUMENT SIGNING

Got a call from 310-481-3978 for $60 Edoc signing. I laughed, can't afford to sustain these companies. For Santa Barbara notaries, beware. If you're doing this low level signing work, more power to you. Working for peanuts is not my gig! even if I stay home and pull weeds!

People are working for them, though. They offered me $40 for a 55 mile round trip. Someone took it.

They USE to meet my fee of XXX, they are now lowballers and I told them I can't and wont work for XX. They told me out my fee was way out of the ballpark and they would just remove
me from the database. Kinda odd they never complained about paying XXX in the past. They haven't called me in several months now.

So I wish the person(s) in NC would stop taking all the lowball offers, I am tired of being flooded with cheap companies. You would be helping ALL of us out by demanding a professional fee. It's okay to say no, you don't have to take every job that's offered.

I had a company call me last week $75 for edocs and a 50 mile round trip I said no, I will go for XXX. The next morning she calls back to say she couldn't find anyone and would have to meet my fee to get the order done. FOLKS PLEASE STOP WORKING FOR FREE!!!!

"even if I stay home and pull weeds!"

Should be: especially if I stay home to pull weeds! That is my biggest annoyance right now - those prolific, going to seed weeds.....got to get rid of the seed heads if nothing else.

They called me too, last week and wanted me to do the same thing for $75. with a 50 mile round trip. I'm in San Luis Obispo and I know someone took it for that or less! I'd rather be pulling weeds than to feed those greedy #^*()%$'s. I'm beginning to think this is the way the industry is going. Oh, my!

They also called me like 3 months ago. They call me at 5 PM for a 6PM loan signing at 60.00 dollars edocs, I asked if she was joking? No, that's what we paid. I had to LOL. I am still getting 100.00 to 125.00 from SS and 150.00-225.00 dollars from escrow and title companies, why should I work on a loss for these low life scumbags?

How is it possible they are rated with three stars in SC?

They have moved the company to a residential address. Another sign of the times.

Could someone please link this to the proper company? I was going to do it, but could not match up the phone number or the comment about a residential business address... Too many with same/similar names. Thanks
