Question for CA notaries

Why do you think it is that no matter the lender and no matter the type of loan package, etc., that we can count on the Correction Agreement Limited Power of Attorney or Limited Power or Attorney to Correct Documents to ALWAYS be noncompliant??? I've never seen even one with correct verbiage - even if all the other acks and jurats in the same package are CA good-to-go...
