To those guilt tripping notaries who believe we must follow all instructions banks tell us to do that are highly questionable, here's a little reminder of where such idiocy can land you:
"I will do whatever a bank tells me to do so I can be a star on the 60 Minutes program having millions of Americans watch how much of a brainless incompetent robosigner I am, not to mention damage my profession."
Not!

Ummmm, nobby...you asked
Sometimes you get the rose.
Sometimes you get the thorn.
Sometimes you get the manure fertilizer. That's what helps you grow.

What highly questionable instructions are you referring to that would classify someone as a robosigner, and why would they be guilt tripping following lender instructions? It seems to me ignorance is bliss and they would have no feeling about it what so ever.
Highly questionable instructions are only effective when: 1. The person has no moral, industry or business integrity, and 2. They don't know enough to know what they don't know and decide to be in business anyway.
