Signing World!!!!

I am out of hibernation and back in the signing agent world. All though I do not expect much work as Arizona has been hit so hard. A few here and there would be nice. Anyone noticed an increase in purchase signings lately? Lot of foreclosures and short sales on the MLS at a great price in Arizona. Hoping there may be a small market for purchases with the local title companies. Time to reach out to some old contacts and try and get my foot back in the door.

Beware! These pathetic companies have, and continue to try to, cut our pay. But that's pretty much because there are so many notaries who are (oh no, how do I say this in a kind, loving, non-judgmental way? hmph, I don't think there is one...soooooo) uninformed/ignorant/uneducated/unintelligent/dimwitted (choose whatever word you deem appropriate or if there is a word that's more apropos, pray tell.)

I'm sure you've been around long enough to know to stand your ground and don't allow them to take advantage.
