Hope I have a better experience than you did. Having no input yesterday, I accepted and completed signing this morning. I inquired and was advised I would be paid upon funding which should be approx. 6/2nd. I've been dealing with Erin Sullivan, title attorney, at Stellar and my invoice was included with return package. Was that the same for both of you?

Will add to SC shortly after 6/2nd.

I had a horrible time with Stellar Title about a year or so ago. The client was a train wreck and docs were late , revised , wrong , last minute, the list goes on. Payment was no better and I had to track payment down for months!
