Not just Orlando. It's slooooww here, too. Predictions

of falling values mean more people ending up under-water everyday. The only thing that's kept my biz going over the last year or so has been those streamline FHA & VA loans. It's not looking good right now anywhere for the middle-class, that's for sure. If I didn't need to do this, I think I would close-up shop. It's nerve-racking, waiting for the phone to ring.

It is very slow in NW Arkansas also, the rates going up and market is just too slow. Hardly any calls maybe 1 every 10 days or so. Need this work to stay alive and ahead of the game

I had more business last week than I did for the whole month of April.

I hope it stays steady the rest of this month. I can't survive on what I made in April.
