aarrgghh!

Got a call to make sure I faxed back whole package since it's investor loan.

Make sure to not wear jeans, baseball hat, flip flop shoes, open toe shoes, don't bring friends, pets.

I wear open toe shoes don't wear jeans or baseball cap. But, who brings their pet to a closing?

I was irked when they asked for all that fax back I told them why didn't they tell me about the extreme faxback. Then they went over their list to stay a preferred notary .

Extra work requires extra pay. Make sure to charge your

preferred fax-back fee!

Kind of off the subject. The closing I had earlier, Mr. and Mrs. Borrower put their dog in the seat next to me so she could sit and watch! LOL She was like the dog on Frazer, cute and she did stare at me! Too funny! The situation reminded me of the one Frazer show where his father's dog stares at Frazer.

OT some more: Love the fur-faces! Papers on table in

front of me. Hattie, (Catty-Hattie) on the table, paws tucked together like folded hands. Slkide paper to Mr. Hattie's paw on paper. Mr. signs, slides to Mrs. Paw on paper. Mrs. flips paper over to start the stack. Paw on paper.

Repeat, repeat repeat, 100 times. Paw on paper. Hattie took her duties very seriously, and was *not* amused at our amusement. (She gave me the "one more smirk, lady, and you're shredded. I put on serious face, and "Ok, you may ~continue~ blink:" paw on paper, sign, etc...

Almost as fun as the 8 Papillons (sp? the butterfly-eared little cuties) puppies, plus mom and dad. 20 huge ears over the place.

<<<Then they went over their list to stay a preferred notary.>>>

I would have given them MY list........of fees for faxing back a whole package. Actually, I would have done so during the initial phone call. Then there wouldn't be an "extreme" faxback surprise. In fact, there wouldn't be surprises of ANY kind as they'd be informed UPFRONT that "extras" are not free.
