I'm in NC. I have three lined up for this week, it is slow, I remember when I used to do three a day and turned more down. I am grateful for the ones I do get now.

Those were the days when the docs were overnighted to the BO more often than not.

Did a whole 4 deals before Saturday, have 4 for this week and still nothing for the EOM yet. Per Kara NJ who lives in the next town from me she has 8 or more this week. All the deals this week are FHA loans and just made it to the table and all 5.25%

Values still on downward trend in Ocean County so it's going to be a slow summer. It's been years since I've seen as many open house signs in Toms River this weekend. Looked like 4-5 homes per block had an open house or for sale sign up.

It is also very slow on our side of the country in Arizona I only have 1 scheduled for today and that might not go because lender is still working on docs.

I miss the days where I was so busy I didn't have time to turn around twice

I don't want to be busy

I know it probably sounds funny, but I don't want to be busy. I have other irons in the fire. I wouldn't mind 1 a week but no more than that. I had some calls that I turned down because they weren't in my area or low ballers.
