I did a closing for them in June and have not been paid. On l hour notice and delaying a trip out of town to accommodate them. After numerous phone calls and E-mails, no response. Never again.

I handle at least 5 closings a month for Closeline...

...and always receive a check within 2 weeks.

Perhaps you are working with another division. Is Shannon Bowman your contact at Closeline?

Did this fund? You should have been on the HUD but if it did not fund you would not have been paid. Call to see if it funded. The closer should be able to tell you that.... But that is the only reason I can think you would not get paid. That is the bad part of taking their work.
