Thank you Signing Central!!! Worth the membership, you save me from a wast of time. I got a call from 281-320-8080 and she said, "Hello, we are Executive Signing Agents and we have a last miniute closing. We have the doc's ready, can you help us?" I check SC and 1 and 2 stars and many bad comments. It's 7pm, raining and in Baltimore city area........I can nothing good from doing this closing.

Got the same call too! I was on the road and declined because of that, "bad feeling." Sure glad I did. I take it you did too! .....sigh of relief

Yup! I bet it was a hugh package 200 pages and when you get to the table, everything is wrong. Then try getting paid a trip fee for you troubles......you'll never get paid. I wonder who the was sucker at took this closing. Maybe we'll hear about 3 months when they can't get paid..LOL!

Look, I'll take the rap for lots of things, but this is over the line. I've told everybody to hold the packets to no more than 190 pages. Not including the appraisal, of course.
