Facebook help
Somehow, a couple of entries from one of those scam notary sites that charge for a listing have wound up on my Facebook page, and I have absolutely no idea of how to get them off. Highlighting them and hitting delete doesn't work. Any suggestions?

I am assuming that these are in your comment area (wall)? If so, go to the top, far right side of their space and you will see what looks like a check mark. Click on that and it will give you choices, including, but not limited to, "hide all by XYZ". Make your choice and be done with it.
If you are talking about elsewhere, you need to define it better for me.

Hugh, you can also
terminate Facebook relationship and block them permanently. Julie's way is sufficient for your purpose.

Re: Hugh, you can also
Another reason to use this way, is then there are no hurt feelings if you "unfriend" someone, and you can bring them back at your will....which is always subject to change.

Thanks, guys
***there are no hurt feelings if you "unfriend" someone***
I've been unfriended by more people than MLK at a klan conclave. I'm to worry about hurt feelings?
The delete "X" doesn't appear beside a wall item unless the cursor is on the item, so I didn't see it. Of all the various social media I've looked at over the years, Facebook does more but does it less intuitively than any other medium. I don't spend effort on it because it is so hard to navigate.

Your welcome - it is a learning curve, as anything else. n/m
