First American Title

Did anyone else get thier email yesterday about the new e-singing they are going to do with a signature pad? When does this go into effect? I sent them a few questions. I was wondering if any one else thought of any thing else to ask?

Are you selling the signature pad or do we find our own?

Does the borrower choose if they want to e-sign or does the Notary or the FA Title.

Will it effect our pay? We will still have a print 1 full set of docs for the borrower and the forms that need to be notarize. We will also have the expense of using our computers (laptops or I-Pads) and a signing pad. Then set up time at the borrower home will make the signing take longer.

Re: First American Title...another question

Is this e-sign or e-notarize? And if e-notarize is an e-commission required?

Re: First American Title...another question

It is e-sign not e-notarizing according to the email.
