Free dinner for vets
This should go in Leisure, but I wanted to get the maximum exposure.
Golden Corral is offering free dinner for veterans today at 5 p.m. In Austin, you don't need your military ID (mine was long gone shortly after the Polynesian War). If interested, you might check to make sure your local GC is participating, what meal they are offering, and whether you need military ID.

Caused a major traffic jam here. Do you know how many
thousands of military people are in this area? LOL I'm all for honoring the vets, but wish I could have avoided that traffic!
