Got a call to do a signing this morning and I would have documents in 30 minutes. I forgot about it until I was having a late dinner in town. Phone rings, documents are in my email in a few minutes. Sorry for the delay.

Came home and crashed without looking at the email on my laptop. It's a modification, I'm to collect two checks, one fo $1500 and the other....

I just emailed them and sent it back to them. I don't do this kind of work. Can you believe people are still falling for this crap?

Oh boy, it gets better. He's taking advantage of uneducated minorities who are desperate and uninformed.

Tom is being investigated by the FBI an the DRE in CA has issued a motion in July 2011. He's operating out of a dwelling in LA. He worked for Paine Webber, then Ameriquest, now that's a red flag right there. One of the worst culprits of predatory lending in history.
