If Insured Closings owes you money, read on...........
After not having any assignments from Insured Closings for months, I accepted one for today. I then viewed SC postings and, much to my dismay, saw several unfavorable comments from Notaries Public in several states, submitted over a span of months. When Miranda of Insured Closings called to let me know the docs were on the way, I asked about the comments. She admitted that the company got behind on paying for a while, but assured me that all Notaries have been paid! She said that twice! She also said that the office was relocated last week and the phone and fax numbers were changed, with ensuing communications difficulties. Just in case you were not paid and need to know the new phone number, it is 440-309-4679. The new fax number is 440-309-4475. I did not think to ask for the new address. I'll post a comment in SC after finding out how long it takes to get paid. I suggested that someone refurbish their cruddy, repetitious, and conflicting pages of instructions for the Notaries Public. Maybe it's just me..........

Lets just hope you get paid Jack...
But those are exactly the circumstances and situations that we were referring to last week about giving companies chances when they use that adage that they were having "some issues" or whatever, and that now they're "back on track". It's like we give them the opportunity to sc*$@ us again, or some other poor unsuspecting notary.
I'm very curious to hear the outcome. Please keep us in the loop Jack.
