Received a great offer for Refi $60.00 E Docs , 20 plus miles on Friday night! Advised my minimum fee was XXX and told them to stick it where the sun dont shine. Feel sorry for the poor soul that works at that price. Can only imagine what the package would have looked like. Probably 150 plus pages, many duplicates, and tons of fax backs.

Well I have to admit when I started I took them.I figured to get my feet wet it was good. Now its not worth it cause of three reasons #1 gas/miles #2 most of the time they want fax backs/hand holding and final #3 doesn't pay to have to wait 45 or more days to get paid.
