Looks like the week is over for me

Unless last minute deals come up, nothing for mid month close on the books and unless companies are open Friday (Bank Holiday) I just finished my last signing of the week 8-2 this week the two were cancelled.

Feels funny when you're busy and suddenly everything is dead phone, email etc. I know the TC's are still busy get things ready for future dates. I just don't like it because now I have time to address the things I've pushed off..lol

Sounds like my area, I had 3 a day for Mon & Tues now nothing for the rest of the week. I'm not giving up hope to finish strong, but I did give one up to attend a Bob Seger concert tonight. And I had to paint a room in the house. I like to take advantage of my down time to whittle down that Honey Do list.

I was looking thru my notary journals, (back to 2002)
And up until 18 months ago I was actually making
a living being a NSA. It has picked up a little the past 6
weeks but nothing like it once was.

Since come back from June till now

I can say I'm about 80% of my monthly income in 2005 and should be good for at least 3 more months with the amount of applications being processed at this time.

I know I can't count on it because of the times we live in that is why I have 3 companies just in case now.

My volume is much less but my per signing avg is way up compared to 2005 my avg signing was 132/signing this year is better. 2007 was the worse 103/signing and very low volume not a good mix.

My six year old grandson invited me to his school for Veterans Day. The appointed time is 1:11PM (on 11/11/11). I usually go to the VFW for beef stew each year but I love my little guy and the same war stories are getting longer each year at the club LOL.

I told you guys, I really think it's cyclical here in NJ.

The three of us go in a circle. I'm in the north, Linda, you're in the west and Mike you're near the south (at least from our point of view up here..lol)

A few weeks ago or so, you said you were hopping busy. I wasn't so much. These past couple of weeks have picked up for me. And now I think it's on it's way to Linda...lol
