I had the same thing happen to me. I could not get into the website to update after the closing. I called twice to report loan closed & needed to be reset to meet this requirement. I was even told not worry that my check wouldn't be short the $5, but it was. Because of this & since they've lowered fees to $70 with edocs, I no longer close for them. But it is all good, because it opened my calendar for all the other really GOOD companies to use me instead.

Did one for them here in my hometown. Just sent the docs off today.
When closing was done I called the number, nobody answered and I couldn't
leave a message. Shortly thereafter the gal called and asked me how
it went. I told her no problems. She said she would update it. Went to
website and there was no way to report it closed. We will see if I get
docked or not.

This is not funny of course but I think it must be something inherent with KY companies. Everytime I deal with them they have some weird reason to want to cut the fee. Like they don't like the photcopy of the ID. Must be something in water supply in KY. It's more than a coincidence... Really....

National Loan closers is the software company that Loan Processing Center of KY uses. It is Loan Processing Center that ripped me off. I talked to Brian and NLC and he said we can file a complaint to [e-mail address]. They will research and possibly remove them from using their software if there is sufficient cause.

first and last closing for them. Signing was completed on 10/11. Paid 11/28/11 short $5.00. When I brought it to their attention I was told that the completion report had to be in by 10 am. I ALWAYS report signing same day. This is in my opinion just a ploy to rip notaries off for $5.00. Imagine how much money they make by short-paying each completed signing. I have asked them to remove me from their list as I don`t work for deadbeats!

Not a good company to do signing for.. Deducted $5. from signing also.. Bad News !!
