Mod Pilot?

I still get emails from my website loan modification page asking about the legitimacy of those "helpful" companies offering to get loans modified. Lately it's been Mod Pilot. Anyone know anything about this company?
It looks like they are reorganizing from another name, something like Better America.
I do not give them advise other than to go to the links provided for checking out if they are registered in WI and contacting the Dept of Finance, consumer affairs, rip off report etc.
