Sherryl Borela assigned me a job on the Nov.3rd. Price $$$. Paid on Nov. 7th. No fax backs, no hand holding, and Bo was fully informed. This is the way it should be. I have set them up in SC. 5 star company.

Wish they all were like this. Every once in awhile I'll get

lucky and have an assignment that goes so smoothly that I'm like "Was that for real?". Why don't those companies call back more frequently? I'm also shocked at the number of closings I go to and it's the first time the borrower has seen the HUD and their l.o. is nowhere to be found!
