Notary on the Run

I just received a call from notary on the run. I looked on signing central and it says that they are out-of-business. Is there a new notary on the run? Has anyone taking any calls from them lately. Should I take the call?

I think they are out of bnusiness as an SS, they called me awhile back to do a Debt Settlement.
I'd run.
