Preferred Notary Network, LLC
Anyone had any recent work from this company and if so what was your experience with them. I did a search in signing central but there is not much of a track record. Very limited time frame to base a judgment on. Signing is close by and always looking for the next great company. Hopefully things work out and I can add them to my preferred list. Thanks for your input.

I did one last week, waiting for payment before I add a posting. Very nice to work for but the package turned out to be 185 (x 2 sets) and he said he has seen ones even larger, and they don't know ahead of time what size it will be.

Ive down 2 signings this month for them. So I cant comment on the payment. But the packages are large. I have a hard time trying to pack it all in the UPS envelope. Wished they would use fedex. or at least UPS get similar envelopes like Fedex large pak

Who was the lender. I was told the package would be 80 pages and the lender was Harrison Financial. Package size is what it is. Now days I dont expect anything less than a monster package as it seems to be the trend. Brokers get lazier by the day which means more paper work for the notary to complete on their behalf. Give it a go and will post ratings/comments once its done and hopefully I get paid!

The lender in my case was Wells Fargo - huge package and scary since it was my first signing and even the guy at Preferred wasn't positive what needed to be signed by the wife when only husband was on the loan (I'm in a spousal state), but I found more for her to sign than what was mentioned by the Title Co. and Preferred agreed they needed her signature. I guess I got it all right at least on the notarized docs, since it was to fund this past Monday. I also immediately found an error on the DOT and elsewhere (got docs at 6:30 when closing was set for 7 pm - nice borrower let me come late) - it showed the male borrower was "a married woman" and Preferred finally managed to get someone at the Title Co. to allow me to cross that out on all the pages it was wrong on, even the DOT, and were super happy I found it when I did.

Worked for him August 30 paid September 24th. No issues. And the loan package was not exceptionally large.
