Printing issues, please help!!
I have an HP 2300. Printed docs just fine a bit ago, but new set is having huge problems.
It won't print, or choose, by paper size and is printing everything on letter, even when it's clearly legal. Then when it prints it's faint and not great looking, though it's a brand new toner.
I can print them all on legal, but prefer to have it the usual way.
Ideas??

Is this the 2nd set that's giving you problems and the 1st set of same package printed fine?

Sorry, I was completely clear. My other signing docs for another signing printed fine.
I figured out that they were scanned in at a size that my printer can't figure out. Printing them legal, but they don't look great. I hate that.

As a practice run for future purposes, try unchecking the "choose paper source by PDF size" in the print screen and see if that works.
Think I read that here on NotRot in the not to distant past.

Huh, good idea. Though in my attempts to fix it, I think I might've done that. I went through an entire ream of paper trying to make it work.

Just happened to me too. I have an HP 2430. The printer couldn't recognize the odd size so it kept printing as letter. As Yoli said, uncheck the "chose paper source by PDF" box and then pick legal.
