Professinal Settlement Services
of MD and CA. Has anyone heard of them. Nothing to notarize, just have docs signed & returned. They are not the ones listed in NR.

Sounds like Debt Relief.... questionable, at best.

Yes, I recently did a re-fi for them - initially did not meet my fee but then called me back with acceptance. Paid within 2 weeks. You reminded me that I need to add them.

I did one for them back on March, 26th. Got paid on April 9th.
It was a tax relief settlement. 1 notarization.

I occasionally do signings for them. Very recently, their refinance fees dropped significantly. When I asked why, they said one of the title companies reduced their fees.
They are pretty timely with docs and very accessible if questions arise during signings. The only fax back they may ask for is that of the HUD. Otherwise, they pay within 2-3 weeks of the signing and usually send notices about available signings via e-mail.

I have done 1 closing for them that DIED at the table so they paid a 30. trip fee. A week later they called to resched. the closing and this time it signed. They paid me for the trip fee in 2 weeks. Now waiting for the closing check( its only been 2 weeks so it should come anytime) They were easy to work with and was always avail. when I called them. I will work with them again.
