Okay, I have a question....Who is supposed to fill out the property tax info sheet on these closings? Us (the notary), the borrower, or the closing/settlement agent with the lender?
Thank you in advanced

I had one once and after studying it, I determined it wasn't for me and sent it back just the way I recieved it. Never herd anything.

When I ran a title co. I filled it out as it was out responsibility; as a free lance NSA I leave it for the title co. as you should, too. But it is a fair question.

Who Completes Property Tax Info Sheet
Fair question. The Info Sheet should be completed before it gets to the NSA. That said:
The attorney or person who is the Agent for the Title Insurance Company should complete it. The information is obtained from the title search performed by someone (hopefully not in India) who is an employee or subcontractor of the title insurance company.
In ancient professional days, this sheet would be completed and sent to the Lender's Closing Department BEFORE the Lender's Closing Supervisor & Underwriter would sign off on the approval to schedule the loan closing. It is the information needed to key-in the data for the initial lender and loan payment servicing company to calculate escrows, calendar diary items (when payments due), and where payments are made. Today, RUSH RUSH RUSH and worry about how much and where to send payments after they are past due LOL (warped humor).

I leave it for the TC to complete, but check these each time because once in a while it has a place for borrower to sign.

I stack my docs in a signing order. I pull out anything that has to do with the tc and paper-clip it at the back of the pkg., including the Property Tax Info Sheet, Closing Instructions, Funding instructions, etc. :-)
