Quit Claim Deed

Do I need to notarize this document twice? There are two spaces on top of one another with no verbiage in between.

Thank you, that was my instinct buy I wanted to clarify!

Technically you don't give enough info to answer properly

If signers are private individuals, then I believe you can complete one ack for all signers (if room provides).

However, if one or more of the signers is possibly a Trustee or a corporation, then there will be a separate ack for that signer in their capacity as <,whatever>>..

Most times - quit claim deed - one ack...note I said *most times*...Smile

Kim, depends; other responses seem accurate i.e. one notarization per signature. I have seen some POA's that require three notarizations: one at the top that two persons sign, then a seperate signature for each of the two parties both of which need to be notarized. Best advise: Read carefully; if questions, contact your agency for instructions. jer/Ohio
