Signing Central Posting.

I have tried to contact you twice to resolve whatever issues you have with me and/or our company. Please call me so I can check on whatever files you think you were shorted on so I can research and which files you were paid late. We issue checks 3 weeks from closing so I need to know why there was a delay as there should not be. Since you do not provide any other way to contact you than through this forum, it makes if difficult to resolve any outstanding issues. please reply. Thank you

(FYI - as anyone can post to Signing Central, postive or negative, sometimes it is not that SS does not pay, it is notary has a issue with company. We would be happy to try to talk and try to resolve issues. I send my deepest apologies to whomever I personally offended and will be happy to that via a phone call).

But tell me: Did you really offer $50 for a reverse mortgage?

No sir, for a trip fee. Loan already closed, we needed (2) DOT and 2 other docs signed/notarized, this notary was not reading assignment information correctly.
We would not offer 50.00 to PRINT/SIGN and reverse mortgage....or any loan.

I understand that there has been a serious illness in your family. My husband had 3 emergency surgeries last year and it was extremely stressful and worrrisome. Couple that with running your own business and I can understand how some things can fall through the cracks. Good luck to you.

Thanks Patty - my husband passed away suddenly on 9/11/11, he was only 59 so we are still in shock. We appreciate all the messages of comfort and the cards that have come to us. Great group to work with, ALL OF YOU

Please know, that while I'm retired, I will move mountains to have the pleasure of getting an assignment completed for you. It's slim pickin's aroung these parts for seasoned NSAs, but I'll be there for you - anytime, every time.

Thank you Susie - we are coping. I may see if I can come vist with James along. We have to travel to Tillamook early next year. I will see if we can make the drive down to Lincoln since it is not much further.

Gina is one of the best SS out there. Pays fairly, no hand holding, easy to ask questions and pays quickly. I've done several signings for her and have had absolutely no issues.
