Speedy Closing and Title Services, Inc.

Did 2 closings and took 8 weeks to get paid. I emailed them and told them that I was reporting this company to the Better Business Bureau. Just got a check. Hope it does not bounce.

You will not earn any plaudits on this forum for getting paid by Speedy.

You almost surely would have earned plenty of "attaboys" if you had told them to take their low pay/slow pay/no pay assignments and stick them as deep up their nether orifice as their grubby greedy hand would reach.

Signing agents are their own bosses, and must run their businesses to benefit themselves. But signing agents who take assignments from Speedy, Sox, Safir et al are enablers to some of the industry's most parasitic companies.

You are very lucky to have been paid.. Its obvious you haven't done your homework..Good luck because you will need it if you take any jobs from scum bags like this..They should be out of business...But because of NSAs like you..they arent!

Suggest you learn to use Signing Central to check out

the reps of cos. BEFORE you work for them. It saves a lot of problems.
