What are the odds?

The past two days, I've gotten 8 straight calls to do refi signings in one small city near me.
There are times when I get alot of calls but ususally all around my area. Just wondering what might be the odds of 8 straight calls for a city other than Los Angeles San Diego or maybe San Francisco?

A lot of people who are not underwater, have been waiting for the rates to hit bottom to refi. Perhaps many people feel that rates are as low as they are going to get and are now acting to refinance before rates begin to climb. They are going to have to, so it's a matter of just when.
