Completed my first Quicken Loan Signing. Yahoo!

I recall a few people here stating that the packages were small with two, possible three documents to notarize. Another great point is that all the documents have the dates pre-printed on the signature line. The BOs I met with loved this, as they didn't have to keep thinking about what the date was in order to write it themselves. In and out in no time.

Sure hope I get more of these in the near future.

I like Quicken too. Very short, very simple, very easy. Pre-printed dates, usually only two notarizations, and borrowers (for the most part) have already read their copies of the documents. The longest a Quicken loan has ever taken me was an hour for two borrowers, but that's because Mr. Husband had about 20 questions for the LO.
