DSM Business Solutions in Texas

Has anyone done any business with this company? I am having one heck of time getting paid. After many emails and 2 return emails I am getting all kind of excusses. Checks in the mail, our office has moved, the owner (Donna) is out, etc. I sent a 30 day demand letter thru email and the mail, demanding payment for all jobs done. Is my next step to take this company to small claims court and sue?

Contact the title company on the deals and discuss with them. Confirm with them that the loans funded (be ready with file numbers) and then ask them for assistance with getting DSM to pay you.
