Field Choice

They have called me a few times, and one time I excepted a closing just to see how things would pan out. It was a very close assignment, but they only wanted to pay $75, but I did get them to $90 after they were very desperate. I said only if the package is below 100 pages, they said much less. Then I get the package ...150 Pages! with 2 DOT's and 2 Notes, etc. I called the borrower, and its a non working number. Then they called me for another closing same day near by, and same desperation. Call me crazy...I accepted....again 150 pages. Unfortunity I have a mechanical problem with my vehical, and had to cancel both closings. The people at Field Choice seem to be very high strung and never can seem to find anyone. Who here has worked with Field Choice? Can you add your experiance?

Well worth twice the $75 they offered....and you seriously sold yourself short accepting for $90....

Received a call too, but they didn't accept my standard fee.

They tried to negotiate, but I didn't accept and asked that we be removed from the database. Call me crazy, but I do not want to work with companies that try to negotiate my fees upon first contact. This is an accident waiting to happen. Besides, I liken this to going to a new restaurant and asking the owner to discount the bill because I am a new customer.... Ain't gunna happen (I know, bad grammar).

I was called to perform a signing. Before I stated my fee I asked if there were fax backs and was told no. So we agreed upon a fee. When I received the confirmation it stated fax backs were required. When I questioned this I was told they were required. So I said OK but I added a fee of $25 for the fax back service. I was then cancelled. Sounds like I got lucky after reading the other reviews.
