Genuine Title must have been desperate last night....

They called me FOUR times - thanks to caller ID, I sent to VM each time; had a busy day yesterday and didn't have time to waste on their calls. They never left a message.

Was it Mr Safir who called. If so, it takes for ever to get paid. I finally went to the
president of Genuine to get paid for my June signing

Safir does not pay anyone. In fact, I wonder myself how an Employee of a Title Company can also be the president of their own signing company. I had a hard time getting paid from Safir- contacting the Better Business Bureau regarding the practices of Genuine Title and regardless if that was the way to go or not, not only did I receive the check from Kosty that I had been bugging him about for months ... I received an overnight check from Genuine Title as well. Geniune Title themselves called me a few weeks ago and I turned the job down. I'm not sure of their payment history but I wasn't going to chance it based on their practices.

Not my experience

Lots of work, fair pay. I bill at end of month and have check in 15 days. I work mostly with Shannon. Bigest problem I have had is getting airbills from them to send packages back. Majority of my work is VA applications in DE. No notary required.
