Has Anyone ever notarized a COD?
Has anyone ever notarized a certificate of dishonor?

Are you notarizing the signature of the person claiming
the dishonor? If so, a standard notarization pursuant to the manual.
If you're doing the protest/dishonor - this is not something I believe we are authorized to do - I wouldn't touch it with a ten foot pole. Search here - it's been discussed many times

Re: Are you notarizing the signature of the person claiming
Thank you Linda. Yes, it is someone claiming that they asked for a debt validation on a document and were not provided the validation.
I am going to do what you said. Not even gonna touch it.
Thank again!

Do not touch it unless working under the direct supervision
of an attorney or a financial institution, per the governor's office. 99.9% of the time, this is a fraudulent procedure and is not a legal protest as defined by Florida statutes.

I've never notarized a cod. However, I once swore in a loan shark for a deposition.
