Hilton vacation timeshares

Got a call tonight from them for a signing very close to my area. Did not accept as I'm going away for a week.
Anyone ever do any business with them?

I used to do a lot of business with them. They paid well and within 30 days at the time. I have no idea where they are lately.

Frankly, more people are interested in getting rid of them these days than buying them. This is due to ever escalating fees and special assessments. You can buy timeshares on Ebay for one cent. Problem is: you will have to pay to get rid of them.

Yes, when I worked directly with HGVC I got twice what Vital is offering.

Yes, they pay fairly well.

Printed on letter only, fax back of entire set of docs (40-60pgs) before midnight EST and always use black ink....they usually even mark which docs to sign and where.

Good instructions and answer calls all night with any questions.

They typically push deals at the EOM and about a week before.
