Indiana Notaries - RREAL Question

Since we are required to submit a worksheet on all refi's and purchases, I have a question re situations where we don't do the entire package, just notarize legal docs in a refi. I am meeting with a guy this afternoon to simply notarize docs....who would be responsible for submitting the data to RREAL?

Randall Evans from RREAL is on vacation this week so I can't get my answer there

If you have the HUD, then you have enough info to get your part of the RREAL info in the data base. Just input the info you have. This will cover your butt...
