Manage my Signings . . .

Info in "Search" goes back to '06-'07. Can anyone give me more up-to-date pros/cons about using "Manage my Signings." It doesn't seem to be very clear how it functions - not sure why it appears to be such a big secret. I, too, have three signing companies listed on there that show status as "pending." Pending WHAT?????

I want to be able to RECORD general notary work that I have ALREADY DONE + what SA signings I have ALREADY DONE. Is this doable on there?
