That one comment would spook me. In my two years of doing this I have taken three marginal signings ( below 3 1/2 star). Two of them I ended up eating my time and expenses. The other one took three months to collect. Let's see; market my business or spend time collecting from deadbeats. Market my business comes out on top. JMHO
