If they are the one listed in Signing Central out of California...Good Luck!!
They have close to 90 or better one star ratings and very few better in their comment section.

No, I've never had an issue being paid by them because I know of their reputation.
I have never accepted a job from ND. Problem solved.

I have done15 closings for them, but will do no more. The fastest time they paid was in 39 days, the longest 84 (!) with an average of 49 days, Much too long for a company that is cheap, nasty attitude, and requires a LOT of Fax backs.

you're right, I shouldn't have been so stupid to do closings for them. Believe me, that will never happen again.

I have worked for them for years and never had a problem getting paid. Signings for this month pay in October. It takes about 60 days.
